After the breakfast, a full day sightseeing tour of Old Delhi including Shahjahanabad and New Delhi including Lutyen's Delhi area. A beautiful historical monument built by Shahjahan, located in Old Delhi close to Chandni Chowk. Every year on Independence day the Prime Minister of India addresses the nation from Red Fort. After that walk through the Chandni Chowk market and enjoy the Rickshaw ride by the busy Lane of Chandni Chowk. Later, continue to proceed for the sightseeing of New Delhi. Visit to the Qutab Minar, the tallest brick minaret of the world and a Indo-Islamic architecture in India. It is located in Qutab Complex. It is called the Victory Tower of Mughals and commencement of Muslim rules in India. Also visit Rajghat and drive through the India Gate, President House and Parliament House etc. After the above sightseeing our car will transfer back to your Hotel for overnight stay in Delhi.
After breakfast, board the train to Jhansi. From Jhansi proceed to Khajuraho visiting the medieval town of Orchha. It is the perfect example of fusion of Mughal and Rajput architecture in the Bundelkhand buildings. Afternoon is scheduled for the world famous Nagara style of temple with erotic art at Khajuraho.
