Term & Conditions:

All the correspondence in the respect of tour and travels services should be addressed to m/s Luxury India Vacations.

Payment terms:

As soon as you decide for the booking of tour services, you will be required to send 20% of the total tour cost (Land arrangement) as an advance. If there is any flight or train involved in your tour, full advance fare of flight to be deposited along with advance 20% deposit. Once the amount gets credited into our bank account, your booking shall be processed and within fews days reservations status will be shared. You will be then required to pay another 30% of the tour cost at this point. Balance 50% of the tour cost can be paid before you leave your country or upon your arrival in Delhi but the balance payment needs to be settled definitely before the commencement of the tour. If your tour starting point is except Delhi, then you are requested to process advance payment before a week of the starting date of the tour.

** During the peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), the complete 100% advance payment is required.
** Any booking received within the 30 days in advance then 50% advance deposit of land arrangement and full amount of train / air is required for the booking of the trip. Balance payment as mentioned above.

Mode of payment:

We do accept overseas advance payment through wire transfer to our company bank. We do also accept advance payment through all the major Credit cards.

Amendment in booking:

Train/flights:

Once flight and train tickets are booked, amendments attract the cancellations charges and if the flight is booked on non refundable fare basis then there would be no refund. Availability of seats in Train / flight is not guaranteed.

Tour bookings:

We do not encourage changes in the confirmed bookings however, if due to unavoidable circumstances you have to make amendments in the already confirmed bookings, we will do all possible changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements and number of days before you are applying for date changes. Kindly note that amendments made during the peak tourist season (from October till March) if there are no rooms available in the same hotel then we need to change the Hotel. If your previous Hotel booking is within the cancellation period then there won’t be any refund from that Hotel. Also make a note that tour packages cost may revise depending upon the travel dates because Hotel and other segment rates vary in season and off season.

Cancellation of a Booked Tour

Decision of cancel the tour will be deeply regretted. However we realize that there are many valid reasons that are unavoidable and in that case cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Luxury India Vacations except Sunday.

The following cancellation charges will apply: -

» If cancellation is 45 days or more prior to arrival- 50% of the deposited amount towards 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.
» If cancellation is between between 45 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 30% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded
» If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival - No Refund

Cancellation of Flight Tickets: If flight tickets are booked based on minimum Airfare, with special airfare, and basis non refundable fare then there would be no refund. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline. Cancellation charges may change timely hence you are requested to collect information of cancellation charges before you book.

Cancellation of train Ticket: Cancellation received 30 days prior to departure of train - 50% of fare would be refundable. Cancellation received within the 30 days prior to departure of train - No refund.

Cancellation of Wildlife Safaris: Wildlife safaris booked into any of the Indian Wildlife National Park and Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change requests will be considered as cancellation and there is no provision of refund / adjust against any booking.

Refund:

If there are any unused / unutilized services (which were paid for and cancelled in advance) will be refunded back as per the above company policy. Money will be refunded in the same mode of payment received and the person who has made the payment. Please make a note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks or more due to banking procedures. If there are any banking / credit card transaction charges in refunding the money would be debited in your refund amount.

Other Terms and Conditions (Our liabilities and limitations)

The customer availing services from Luxury India Vacations shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted our terms and conditions. Liabilities of Luxury India Vacations shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement. Please note that even a tour is confirmed and the cost has been finalized, however if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments and museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra. Luxury India Vacations act only in the capacity of agent, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them. The customer expressly agrees and understands that the Luxury India Vacations acts only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders. Therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to as available basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, Luxury India Vacations shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.

The Customer understands that all the itineraries are for giving you general ideas of places they are visiting. There are numerous factors accruis out acts of god like fire, weather, Road blockages, landslides, labour unrest, insolvency and operational and technical issue etc resulting in the service providers such a Airlines, Hotel, transportations may not able to honor our confirmed bookings. In such an event We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well being. Our tour package cost and rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines and transporters etc. Hotels and Airlines have the right to modify their rates without notice. In such cases, rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on standard check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

Luxury India vacations shall not be responsible for any delays & modifications in the itinerary and expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural calamities and hazards, cancellations or diversion of flights, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport vehicle, weather, sickness, lockdown, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any Hotel accommodation, transportation and other related services, resulting directly or indirectly from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

Clients are recommended and advised to have their own insurance policy. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to the theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to have such insurance arrangements in their home country. All the belongings such as baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unavoidable circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc. Extra Usage of Vehicle: Please note that the cost of extra usage of vehicles is not included in the services and hence extra usage of vehicles will be charged extra. Luxury India Vacations hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
